Country Health SA manages a 10 bed hospital, Accident and Emergency Department, rooms for medical practitioners, dentist and a range of visiting practitioners including Chiropractor, Optometrist, Mental Health Nurse and Dentist.

Roxby Downs has two General Practitioners Rooms, Community Nurses and Midwife, local Pharmacy with two Pharmacists, Physiotherapist and local masseuses.

There is a local Ambulance Service (Call 000 for Ambulance Only), more serious cases requiring more care than possible in Roxby Downs are flown out by the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
